Congressman Jim Baird (R-IN-04) today donated books from the Library of Congress’s Surplus Books Program to the Boys and Girls Club of Clinton County in Frankfort. The Surplus Books Program allows Members of Congress to donate excess books not needed for the Library’s own use to eligible organizations in their districts.

“It is a privilege to donate these books to the Boys and Girls Club in Frankfort,” said Congressman Baird. “I’m proud to partner with the Library of Congress as we work to build out collections and libraries by expanding access to literature in our 4^th District communities.”
